For me, summer is all about being carefree and trying to beat the heat. Here are two summer outfits that I think define summer.

The bohemian style always interested me and what better time than summer to try out that style.

Boho Chic

Rompers are another thing I love, I think they define adorable. With a romper you don't need many accessories because the cute piece will speak for itself.

After living in good ol' China for quite some time, there's a large possibility of moving back to the States. I wish I could call it home, but I've honestly been in China for much longer. And now the woes of choosing between New York or San Francisco.

All the pretty lights, rushing cars and the never-ending noise. I don't think I'll ever feel alone here.

Or the beautiful, doll-like houses. It's like living in a little fantasy world. And everything does seem much more chill in San Francisco. I doubt my lazy, unflattering jean wearing ways will be highly accepted in, say, New York.

Sorry for the lack of posts. We're still alive, just insanely busy. Remember you are still loved.

I'm one of those people that once I have an obsession it engulfs me and often is my only point of focus.

On that note, these are some of my obessions that I have brought into the new year or have already formed from the new year.

1. Victorian Speak. I think there is something so elegant about speaking like you're from the 17th century.

2. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I have seen this movie about 50 times in the last four weeks or so weeks since I have discovered it.

3. Those messy side braids that are so adorable and chic.

4. Long sweaters + leggings. It seems now that it's winter I have taken an aversion to putting pants on.

5. Eggnog Lattes. If only Christmas was year round at Starbucks.

Do tell me, what are some of your obsessions?

These ladies give me such inspiration!

Chloe Sevigny is simply gorgeous and I adore her in Big Love. She's got such a taste for style and her Multi Buckle Suede Wedge Booties are just to die for.

The Olsen twins. What more can I say, they are so effortlessly chic.

Emma Watson is glamorous and seems so down to earth.

A blogger and well known fashionista, I always look at her blog and am so jealous of what she wears. I think I can credit her for my Zara addiction!

There are plenty more people that inspire me but I decided to keep this post short and sweet.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Out of sear curiosity, I decided to look up the 2010 ready-to-wear collections for Chanel, Chloé, Alexander McQueen and Luella.

Everything made me so jealous. Not only will I never have the money, but probably the wrong body shape, too. Although most of these models are quite...thin.

Luella probably is my favorite collection. The black dress with the heart opening in the front makes it so spontaneous and, but so delicate looking. <3

I don't think Chanel ever disappoints.

I have a new found appreciation for Zara, which is now deemed it my favorite store to go to.
If someone asked why, the answer I'd give them is not only is Zara always in fashion with gorgeous clothes, they're also relatively reasonably priced.

Therefore, Zara you are my savior.

A trend that I have come to adore is studs. I love how everything is being studded, I've come to the conclusion that I want to stud my world.

The studs behind the pocket is such a cute surprise!

Studded boots make me happy.

So do blazers.

In case you haven't noticed, I am quite fond of this trend.
